In 1954, Golden Glow was established in the Bronx by Rose Florio and her father. They began baking traditional homemade cookies from old family recipes. Now, 62 years and four generations later, the Florio family continues to produce delicious cookies, cakes, and pastries. Rose has maintained the quality of the recipes and created her own line of cookies known as "Mama Rose."
The family pays close attention to detail and only high-quality ingredients are used. Decades of experience ensure that the baking and caramelization processes are followed exactly, producing consistent quality for 62 years.
